- if Hamaki.me in its sole discretion believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of others.

Use includes, but is not limited to, sending email newsletters, updates or content related to the artist. These messages may be required as part of membership to the fans community, at the discretion of the artist.

We use this information to administer and optimize the website for you and to diagnose problems with our website.
